At Universal Wellness Source our lifestyle management program promotes whole body wellness. Our chiropractors empower you to take control of your health through 3 simple daily practices.

Eating Well – eat a consistent diet of fruits, veggies, grass fed meats, clean fish, nuts/seeds and water.

Moving Well – exercise daily (consult a physician or professional prior to beginning any exercise regimin.)

  • Every day take a 30 minutes walk with a friend and/or loved one.
  • 2-3 times per week participate in a high intensity workout.

Thinking Well – Live in a state of gratitude. Be honest, kind, generous, hard-working, tolerant and remain in integrity.
