Eating Well – eat a consistent diet of fruits, veggies, grass fed meats, clean fish, nuts/seeds and water.
Moving Well – exercise daily (consult a physician or professional prior to beginning any exercise regimine.)
- Every day take a 30 minutes walk with a friend and/or loved one.
- 2-3 times per week participate in a high intensity workout.
Thinking Well – Live in a state of gratitude. Be honest, kind, generous, hard-working, tolerant and remain in integrity.
